Our family has been lucky to know Dan since our kids first met 8 years ago. We’ve shared many play dates over the years in which Dan brought his camera and took photos of the kids.  What probably just looked like a dad taking pictures turned out to be so much more. Dan has a way of capturing a moment in a way that allows the emotion to really shine through. From candid shots to more formal poses, each photo has character and emotion that leaves us smiling every time we look at them. More recently, we had family photos taken with Dan. He is easy to work with, offering options and ideas while still listening to what type of photos we liked. He has always been great with our kids; putting them at ease and allowing their personalities to shine through in the pictures. Dan takes great pride in his work and that shows in the pictures he takes.     Carolyn & Derek -

Dan did a family photo shoot for us in November and we absolutely loved working with him. Dan’s approach of guiding us toward backgrounds, suggesting shots, and finding just the right light was exactly what we were looking for. The shoot produced absolutely beautiful shots that we will treasure.  He is also unbelievably easy and flexible to work with, both in setting up the shoot and the day of. We have known Dan for over 14 years. He is the best photographer we have worked with and now the only one we will use.  Dan's skill is top notch and his eye for details like how the sun hits your hair or the shade covers your arm is amazing. We have done family photos with Dan at parks as well as an extended multi-generational photo shoot. We had some family members with mobility issues and Dan was super patient and accommodating and captured such special moments for us. We always have a hard time deciding which photos to put on the wall because they are all wonderful. Grateful he's our photographer and thankful he's our friend!    James & Amy -

Our family first met Dan two years ago when our sons were playing basketball together. Dan was the dad on the baseline capturing all of the intense action of middle school basketball games. As we started looking at the pictures Dan was taking, it was easy to see that he was not only passionate about his photography, but also possessed an immense talent for capturing the essence of the players and their love of the sport.  It was a no-brainer who we would want to photograph our family when it came time to take new family pictures! Dan is beyond professional, and has a laid-back nature about him that made our entire family feel comfortable and at ease during our session. Dan was able to not only capture amazing formal pictures of us, but also, our favorite pictures of all time: the silly ones! When I walk around our home and see the beautiful images of our family that Dan captured, it always brings a smile to my face.
